Circuit Monday

All Levels Welcome

This Upper Body & Core Circuit class combines strength, mobility, and cardio-focused stations to target all major upper body muscle groups. Expect a dynamic workout that boosts your heart rate, builds strength, and improves functional movement—no matter your fitness level.

Circuit Wednesday

All Levels Welcome

Our Lower Body Circuit classes feature dynamic stations combining strength, mobility, and cardio exercises- all designed to challenge your legs and glutes while getting your heart rate up. Expect a full lower-body burn that builds power, endurance, and functional movement.

Stations Saturday

Pop-Up: Guided Open Gym

An opportunity to train independently while following a structured workout.

We'll have several exercise stations set up for you to move through at your own pace. A trainer will be on site to offer guidance, answer questions, and ensure proper form.

This is not a group class-think of it as open gym with a plan.
